Employer Instructions

To find jobseekers who have made themselves available for environmental cleanup on the Gulf Coast, print and follow these instructions.

  1. Login to (or create) your AJL employer account.
    1. If you do not already have an employer account, To assist us in verifying your company's identity, you will be asked to enter your company Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and Alabama Unemployment Insurance account number (SUIN) to complete the registration.
    2. After your registration has been approved, you can login to search for jobseekers.
  2. Click the CONTINUE button
  3. Click Search Resumes
  4. Click Search By Type of Job
  5. In * Keywords, enter: Emergency Spill Response
  6. Click Search next to Emergency Spill Response Technician 
  7. Set other Search Parameters as desired and Click the Show Candidates button
  8. Click a job title to review the resume and contact jobseekers as desired.

If you have actual job openings to post, when you create the job posting, check yes under Disaster recovery job? and, where appropriate, please be sure to include HAZWOPER in the job description.
